Welcome to all those who will be joining me for the #lite8challenge!

Make sure you are doing the weekly exercise at least once a day, while listening to the song of the week! I will be doing a tutorial in my stories, so look out for that!

Fridays I will make a post to start our chapter discussion, and keep your eyes out for an opportunity to hop on live with me as we cover various topics throughout the duration of the challenge.

This is meant to be a way to ease into wellness for those who have no experience. If you are already on your wellness journey, feel free to increase your exercise ritual and share your insights with the community. This is a safe space for veterans and newbies, alike.
